Thierry Truche is the Founder and Managing Partner of TNT Growth Capital, where he leads the firm’s mission to help non-US tech startups expand into the US market, leveraging his 20+ years of experience in finance and technology.
Thierry is also the Chief Product Strategy Officer at Kyriba, a now Fintech Unicorn, where he spearheaded product vision and strategy, driving revenues to $350M through key initiatives, including strategic accounts, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. Thierry’s extensive career in the financial software sector includes leadership roles at Thomson Reuters and Misys, where he created and managed the high growth of several Fintech solutions up to $50M of revenues.
Thierry holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics from the University of Grenoble. He is also a graduate of ESCP Europe, Paris.
Outside of work, Thierry is an avid do-it-yourself enthusiast, a hobby that fuels his insatiable passion for building and creating. He also enjoys staying active and seizes every opportunity to run, work out, golf, ski, and engage in various sports whenever possible
Pierrick Joliveau is an Operating Venture Partner at TNT Growth Capital, where he brings extensive expertise in international expansion and customer success. With over a decade of experience leading strategic growth initiatives, Pierrick has played a pivotal role in scaling global businesses, particularly in the U.S. market.
Pierrick was instrumental in CRITEO’s U.S. expansion, where he led the company’s journey from $0 to $2B in global revenue. He played a key role in Bessemer’s fundraising efforts in 2010, helped drive the company to its Nasdaq IPO in October 2013, and managed the post-M&A integration of Hooklogic in November 2016. Pierrick’s operational leadership includes opening four U.S. offices in Palo Alto, Chicago, New York City, and Miami, further expanding CRITEO’s market presence.
In addition to his work at TNT Growth Capital, Pierrick serves as a mentor and coach at several accelerators, including Inovexus in Paris and Sosa and Weve in NYC, where he has guided nine companies through their growth journeys. He is also a recognized expert in international expansion, frequently delivering masterclasses on ‘How to Be Successful in the USA’.
Pierrick holds a deep passion for helping non-U.S. companies succeed in the U.S. market, combining his operational expertise with a hands-on mentoring approach. His accomplishments have cemented him as a key figure in the French Tech NYC community.
Kevin Wan is an Associate at TNT Growth Capital where is responsible for sourcing, researching, and conducting due diligence on investment opportunities. Prior to joining TNT Growth Capital he held internships and roles in VC deal sourcing, data analysis, and buy-side equity research. Kevin brings a deep understanding of diverse business landscapes, market dynamics, and cultural nuances from his experiences living and studying in the U.S., China, and Spain.
Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management and a Master’s in Business Analytics from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. During his semester abroad in Barcelona, he studied Business Administration at ESADE Business School, further honing his international business perspective.
